NAFA's Core Mission Focus

NAFA’s mission is to educate documentary and independent filmmakers and empower independent film making through every stage of the process, from fund raising through casting, production, post-production and distribution.

Pre-Production

NAFA helps projects and filmakers with various stages of pre-production, including early-stage funding, budgeting, script writing, casting, equipment rental negotiations and location scouting.

Production

NAFA helps projects fill critical roles in the production process... often providing accredited Directors, Director of Photography (DP), Line Producers and other key personnel that may be needed to fill out a professional crew.

Post & Distribution

NAFA can help your project find post-production facilities and personnel to complete your project via editing, foley, color correction sound tracks other post services including distribution of the final product.
